Location is everything! Whether you have a lot, land that you’d like to develop, or need help deciding where to build, we’ll guide you through choosing a location!
BLUEPRINTS
Once we’ve had a chance to talk about your wants and needs, we take it to our blueprint creator. He helps lay out your entire new home. We’re also pouring concrete now!
CUSTOMIZATION
Paint colors, brick, stone, carpet, tile, wood floors, cabinets, siding, pool design, fencing, driveway options, shop, tool shed, etc. Whatever it is that you want, we make it easy for you!
CLOSING TIME
Everything is done! You have picked out new decorations, furniture, appliances, everything. It’s all brand new. Now it’s time to start packing and move into your beautiful, newly built home.
